MLC has a vast website. So, when superannuation changes came in they seized the opportunity to review the MLC Retirement section of 140 rambling pages.
There was no brief, just a ‘please fix it’.
I set about content auditing the pages and made recommendations on those ready for the bin and others ripe for change.
All approved, I got on with transforming the knotty, lengthy, financespeak into empathetic, straight-forward and human copy. Art directed the visuals too.
