TELSTRA BEST OF BUSINESS AWARDS
In 2021, Telstra launched their Best of Business Awards in support of Australia’s small business sector.
They needed a new website that would inform, inspire and engage businesses, their customers and potential judges.
My first task was to work with CX to cement the Award categories and story.
Next, I teamed up a UX designer to develop the IA and wireframes for the site.
From there on in it was head down, bum up writing for days.
At the same time I was also writing the 1:1 communication streams for the different cohorts, for each stage of the journey - quite literally dozens of eDMs crafted by yours truly.

Small and medium-sized businesses reflect the Australian spirit. More than being vital to our economic prosperity, they're also the lifeblood of our communities and culture.
